HUMAN TOUCH: Warm relationships between people in touch with each other
We were in creative director of the overall integrated global communication of the Uniqlo Down Collection 22FW. You may have seen the product visuals and styling in stores nationwide, SNS movies, and TV commercials overseas since the beginning of fall. We produced creative that conveys the appeal of this season’s down through the entire process, including the consistent concept and worldview of not only ULTRA LIGHT DOWN but also the entire down series, as well as communication with each media and strategy.
The essence of warm down is not to add warmth from the outside, but to store one’s own body heat. The presence, colors, and soft expressions of people who feel body heat instead of heat, and the concept of “Human Touch” was used throughout the entire project. The creative production was based on the concept of “Human Touch,” incorporating the warmth of human contact in the post-corona world into the message. The overall art director was Ryohei Kaneda, copywriter was Ryotaro Suzuki, and styling was done by Yuto Inagaki.
The TV commercial was created with Yuichi Kodama, director of the Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony and music videos, and the CG movie was created with Jun Makino, a director with a rich sense of expression in animation.
