Infomative Design System

We created the website for the Information Design Course in the Information Design Department at Tama Art University, along with establishing the typeface and color identity for the entire department. As the website represents the Information Design Course, which encompasses the design of information in a broad sense, we introduced a grid design system in typography. By establishing certain rules in layout, such as font size, line spacing, margins, image placement, and structure, we have created a site that reflects the attitude towards handling “information” in web design. For the typeface, we selected a font that combines a neutral style with a sense of technology. It aims to convey a suitable presence for a course that blends design, technology, and academic research.
